And here I am, sitting in front of my microphone. me, my voice and you. in my opinion overthinking just kills any romance of being a dreamer, that's why we should feel more and think less. I was born in the wild 70s in beautiful Portugal. where love, melancholy, joy of life, fado, a friendly smile when you walk down the street and the sea breeze meet each other. A lightness that is very difficult to find in Germany. as the daughter of an artist, I was as child always surrounded by colors, brushes, canvases, musicians and free spirits, that's why I started dreaming very early. this energy maintain inside of me and is an energy that makes me float barefoot through the world…that's how my self-discovery journey began and I recognized that love is almost the answer to everything. self-love, the love to other human being, to our planet and all living beings living on there. I turned my life upside down, started to go deep - because if you are a little spiritual, you have probably heard that diseases often wanna tell us something. it's time to change something in our lives that may not be good for us anymore. for example the job, relationship, friendships etc. I wanted to know what the sense of many things was and leafed through countless dream books, I listened more closely to certain songs lyrics. I spoke to many people and asked them what was the sense of life and how they define love. this broadened my horizons so much that I made it my life's purpose to send a little love into the world every day. I would like to share the inspiration, I have received in the last years, through this podcast with you. because I realized how easy it actually is, to spread love. you don't need money, you just need to have love in your heart. that is enough to make this world more beautiful, respectful and loving every day - through a love movement you can be the change you wanna see in the world. you can make the different. with this podcast I will remind you of it. much love, Sara
